Alumni Information
Most colleges and universities host special events for their alumni throughout the year. However, they miss the most important opportunity to connect - they do not offer job placement services for alumni! By remembering your alumni, whether they be unemployed, underemployed, or even returning students, they will remember you in return. This is where our outsourced services will polish the Director of Alumni Programs to a shine. We enable you to improve your relationship with the alumni and equally important, foster a stronger community image. For some of our recent career fairs, local media has requested a tour of the college or university and taken photos of the class rooms, labs, and facilities for their articles. ....So be prepared for an interview.
We complement campus career services by conducting your career fair with no direct charge to you. We are compensated by the employers by selling our tables and services. We work with a minimum of support from your staff. You contribute:- the location - 3000 to 5000 feet for targeted events or more for generic career fairs - and assist us with promotional communications to your alumni. Alumni gain in several ways. How do does it work? Two months or more before the event, we meet with you to discuss your specific requirements. (every event has its own personality because its yours.) All consultations are Free. You decide whether your event will target graduating students or alumni & professionals. Before the event, we will communicate with the following: Director of Career Services, Director of Alumni Program (for alumni or professional event), Parking and Facilities Directors or representatives. We will provide electronic content for generic Press releases, Email Communications, Reminders, Brochures and other promotional collateral. Your team can customize or craft this collateral to fit your standards We have the ability to add Career Coaches to assist job seekers in their search. We schedule Tables, Banners, Pipe & Drape. We invite your staff to assist, but we are are prepared to conduct the entire event. We are experienced professionals and it shows with testimonials from directors at: OGI, UWB, and UWS. |
