For most of her career she has been integral in enabling her company’s C-level team to realize their business vision through people. Her work in California, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Oregon and Washington has shown the value of differences in producing successful organizations – because if it doesn’t fit, it’s gonna quit.

Penny believes the Pacific Northwest is primed to evolve the relationship between employer and employee by encouraging both sides to focus on the fit. In this relationship, employees must take the responsibility to understand and convey how their career aligns with an organization’s objectives. Her presentations are designed to provide a fresh, energizing and sometimes irreverent perspective on how the employee can find the right fit – and what to do if it’s not.
